Refund policy
Here are the T&C for returns and refunds on my products.
- All my digital downloads, including but not limited to my preset packs, my travel guides and my photo books cannot be refunded once they are purchased.
- My prints can only be replaced/refunded if the print is damaged during delivery. The damaged print would need to be posted back to the print shop and then a replacement or refund would be issued.
- My coaching session can be refunded only if the participant requests to stop the session within the first 30 minutes after the start. It is responsibility of the participant to stop the session within the first 30 minutes after the start, in which case he will receive 100% refund on the coaching session. Should the participant fail to stop the session within the first 30 minutes after the start, the session will not be refunded.
